About Wheeling Comprehensive Treatment Center in Triadelphia, WV Wheeling Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) serves adults age 18 and older in the Triadelphia, West Virginia, area who are struggling with opioid addiction. Our center provides medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, to help adults of all genders achieve long-term recovery from opioid addiction. Medication-assisted treatment at our center in Triadelphia is a more comprehensive experience than you might expect from a methadone clinic. For example, in addition to methadone, we are also able to prescribe buprenorphine, naltrexone, and Suboxone.
