Welcome to Jack Nathan Health – Hillside, part of the WELL Health Clinic Network. Our clinic is located on the upper level of the Walmart inside Hillside Mall. This clinic has dual access from the upper level parking lot and the lower level via the main Walmart entrance. Situated beside the Pharmacy, this recently constructed clinic offers Family Practice and Walk-In physicians. Walk-In is available by appointment.
