Welcome to IHA Domino's Farms Primary Care! We are an IHA group practice which provides care for adolescents age 16 to adults. Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients and the best service to our families. We have always appreciated the opportunity to care for our existing patients and welcome new patients to join our care.
