Your path to recovery begins at Transformations, a non-profit substance abuse disorder (SUD) wellness center serving Klamath County and Lake County. Our qualified counselors provide personalized support for navigating the complexities of addiction, resolving its root causes, and regaining a healthy lifestyle. Outpatient rehab programs at Transformations offer a less restrictive alternative to Residential recovery. Flexible scheduling enables participants to start right away, continue living at home, and retain a full time job while working to overcome substance abuse and regain their normal life. The cost of this care could be completely or partially covered though Oregon Health Plan, private insurance, or supplemental funding.
