Primary Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment Center We offer residential and PHP programs treating adults with primary mental health disorders, trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, and co-occurring disorders. Transformations at Mending Fences is a residential mental health and substance abuse facility offering licensed clinicians, clinical and trauma-informed care, specific evidenced-based interventions including EMDR, DBT, CBT and others, equine therapy, experiential adventure therapy, and art therapy. All clients receive a psychiatric evaluation upon arriving and psychiatric follow-ups as needed, to include appropriate and effective medication management.
