Therapy Glow is an integration-focused psychotherapy practice in St. Petersburg, Florida, serving adults and couples in person and online across Florida. Founded by Ari Leal, the practice is for thoughtful people who've done therapy before — who can name their patterns yet still feel caught in them. The work lives in the gap between understanding yourself and actually living differently. Rooted in depth-oriented, psychodynamic care and integrating IFS, EFT, mindfulness, somatic and nervous-system work, and existential and spiritual integration, Therapy Glow supports clients through trauma, anxiety, relational struggles, neurodivergence, grief, burnout, and meaningful life transitions — helping insight become lived, embodied change.
