Description
Team Select Home Care serves medically complex children and adults across Johnson, Marion, Hendricks, Morgan, Shelby, and surrounding South-Central Indiana counties. Patients & Families: We offer pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, and 24/7 skilled nursing, plus Personal Attendant Services and Indiana's Family Caregiver Program — where eligible family members can be paid caregivers. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Indiana Medicaid, and insurance for authorizations and complex case management. Nurses & Caregivers: RN, LPN, and caregiver openings with flexible schedules, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
