Team Select Home Care serves medically complex children and adults across the Chicago metro's north and northwest suburbs, including Lake, Cook, McHenry, and DuPage Counties, with our office in Lake Zurich. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult Private Duty Nursing, including ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, 24/7. Bilingual services available. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Illinois Medicaid, and insurance to manage authorizations and complex overnight cases across the greater Chicago area. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with flexible schedules, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
