Team Select Home Care provides expert private duty nursing and in-home care for medically complex children and adults across the greater Boston area, with our office in Braintree, MA. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, and 24/7 skilled nursing by licensed RNs and LPNs. Massachusetts's Family CCA Program allows eligible family members to become paid Complex Care Assistants for their loved one. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, MassHealth, Medicaid, and insurance to manage authorizations and staffing — including rural cases. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with sign-on bonuses, flexible schedules, and a new grad training pathway.
