Team Select Home Care provides expert private duty nursing throughout the greater Chicagoland area, including DuPage and Cook counties, with our office in Oak Brook. Patients & Families: Pediatric and adult private duty nursing, ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, and individualized nursing plans. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Illinois Medicaid, hospitals, and insurers to manage complex home care. Nurses: RN and LPN opportunities with flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and career advancement.
