Team Select Home Care provides expert private duty nursing throughout the greater Portland-Vancouver metro area, including Clark County and surrounding southwest Washington and northwest Oregon communities, with our office in Vancouver. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult private duty nursing, ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, and one-on-one skilled nursing. Referral Sources: We work closely with physicians, Medicaid, hospitals, and insurance providers to coordinate complex home care throughout the Portland metropolitan area. Nurses: RN and LPN careers with flexible scheduling, continuing education, new graduate support, and tuition reimbursement.
