Description
Team Select Home Care provides expert private duty nursing for medically complex children and adults across Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, and surrounding Minnesota counties, with our office in Minneapolis. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, and 24/7 skilled nursing by licensed RNs and LPNs. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Minnesota Medicaid, and insurance to manage authorizations and care planning - including complex and overnight cases across the Twin Cities metro and greater MN. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with flexible schedules, continuing education, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
