What We Do – SMIL Southwest Medical Imaging Our fellowship trained radiologists are exceptional at what they do. "If you watch radiologists do what they do, you're absolutely convinced that they are like superhuman," says Trafton Drew, PhD a researcher at Harvard Medical School. They could so easily see things that to Drew were simply invisible. "These tiny little nodules that I can't even see when people point to them — they're just in a different world when it comes to finding this very, very hard-to-find thing." It really does matter where you get your diagnostic medical imaging. Many patients never have a chance to meet their radiologist but these specialty physicians play a very important role on your healthcare team.
