Description
I help with depression, anxiety, academic issues, and self-esteem. My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and strength-based, using cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, humanistic, and family systems theories. I create a safe, nurturing, and confidential space for patients to lead their mental health journey. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide help with compassion, dignity, empathy, and consistency. For self-care, I enjoy time with my family and cats, reading Victorian or paranormal detective novels, crafting, DIY projects, and dancing to upbeat music at home.
