Description
I have 13 years of experience and help with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, academic issues, body image, self-esteem, and sexual assault. I also provide gender-affirming mental health care to those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Strong rapport is key to a good therapeutic relationship. I believe emotions make us human and managing them is powerful. Breaking the stigma around mental health treatment is important to me and deeply influences my work.
