Dr. Seawell focuses on understanding patients in a holistic manner to set goals collaboratively and to ensure they are getting both what they need and want from the therapeutic relationship. He’s experienced with psychodynamic, supportive, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and internal family systems therapy modalities. In addition to comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, Dr. Seawell utilizes psychopharmacology, interventional techniques, and psychotherapy to help patients heal.
