Dr. Rita P. O'Malley, PhD is an Educational Psychologist and workplace bullying expert specializing in workplace bullying, psychological violence, workplace ostracism, trauma recovery, and stress management. A survivor of workplace bullying herself, she combines lived experience with research-based therapeutic consultation to help individuals and organizations heal and build psychologically safe workplaces.
