Reform Pilates opened in 2008 and is a practice dedicated to rehabilitation and movement re-education. Our highly trained physiotherapists work with individuals to achieve optimum results and assist with chronic pain, injury and fitness. Our studio is fully equipped with the foremost quality equipment and provide one-on-one consultations as well as semi-private group pilates classes.
