Mr. Rick Cortes, Jr., is a licensed, certified private, and professional home inspector. He is a graduate of an accredited school and is a member of a recognized home inspection organization such as, NAHI and PHIC. Mr. Cortes is also trained to inspect and to report on the condition of a building and also has satisfied New York State Licensure requirements, PA law compliant requirements, and member certification requirements, such as to include, education, prior experience, and having passed a Nationally Recognized State Exam, and having passed a recognized National Organization Certification Exam and is fully insured as well.
