Description
I have over 30 years of experience helping with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, academic and attachment concerns, family and relationship issues, gender identity, substance use, and trauma. My holistic and eclectic approach uses attachment-based, humanistic, mindfulness-based, play, psychodynamic, and trauma-focused therapies. I enjoy practicing yoga, animals, reading, comedy, and connecting with others.
