Welcome to Heidi! Our licensed memory care community joined Pacific Living Centers in June of 2023 and features 15 beds of boutique memory care. We pride ourselves on exceptional care and enhancing the lives of those we serve. Our specially trained memory care team is well equipped to care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, while promoting comfort and familiarity in our cozy home! We also accept Medicaid.
