OLGC Therapy aims at harmonizing the body and soul integration based on a Catholic understanding of human development, philosophy, and psychology in union with current evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Developmental Psychology. OLGC Therapy also emphasizes virtue development and discovering what gives the person’s life meaning and purpose.
