Welcome to OnPoint Internal Medicine at Broomfield, the newly established primary care office of Dr. Shawna DeGraff-Roberson, opening October 14, 2024. Our new office is located off E. 120th Avenue, near the Broomfield Town Center, in Broomfield, CO. We welcome you to join us, as we continue to practice person-centric medical care. We are accepting new patients, and eager to reconnect with patients from our previous offices.
