Welcome to OnPoint Family Medicine at Dakota Ridge, the newly established medical office for Dr. Julie Jeffers and Dr. Eric Rydberg. Our new office is located on the west side of Littleton, just off the C470 and Bowles exit. We welcome you to join us, as we continue to practice excellence with premier, person-centric medical care.
