Description
I help with anxiety, depression, adoption, grief, infertility, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, rape and sexual assault, and relationship violence. My trauma-focused approach uses cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and prolonged exposure therapies. I realized I wanted to work with individuals who had experienced trauma when volunteering at a grassroots rape crisis center in Guam.
