I help with anxiety, addiction, anger management, crisis intervention, mood disorders, relationship issues, sports and performance concerns, stress, substance use, and trauma. To promote your well-being, I provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space to help us develop a therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion and trust. I use humanistic and strengths-based approaches to treatment to discuss issues and concerns before introducing you to widely trusted evidence-based treatments to address them.
