This approach accounts for all our experiences and aims to move toward healing. Life can create hard moments that we experience, and that hurt can affect our emotional and physical bodies. Meaghan has always wanted to help others from an early age. She believes her experience in nursing school solidified the importance of the human experience while surrounded by those who care. Meaghan enjoys being outside, hiking, running, and staying active. She also loves art, yoga, and nursing her body with good food
