Mayre "Tamara" has over 30 years of experience as a mental health professional. She has a biopsychospiritual approach when working with her patients and managing symptoms. Tamara understands that health and well-being are daily practices that require commitment and intention. She believes in educating and empowering each person she works with to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and guide the treatment process. She believes in the primacy of caring, which is achieved through listening and learning about each individual she works with. Tamara tries to keep up with the ever-evolving scientific understanding of the brain and body and how to optimally support a person’s ability to live well.
