Description
My name is Marni, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I help adults with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, and stress management. My therapeutic orientation incorporates cognitive and dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, person-centered, and family systems therapies. My approach is mindful, warm, and compassionate. I value your feedback throughout the therapeutic process and aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment. In my free time, I recharge by practicing yoga, dancing, beach-going, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
