Manchester Road Early Learning Centre in Mooroolbark is a childcare and early learning centre offering long day care and a Government-approved preschool/kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years across Mooroolbark, Chirnside Park, Croydon, Kilsyth, Lilydale, Montrose and Mount Evelyn.
