Casual Dining - American Continental Cuisine Popular local establishment, where people come to eat, drink and gather. In 1998, Paul Allegra decided to try something new and open in Branford, CT. Together with his wife Joann, they designed and built Lakeview Tavern Grille. In 2010, realizing that so many of his past customers could not find him, he changed the name of Lakeview Tavern.
