I'm Lindsey Ray — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist serving Collin County and the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition, I'm nationally board-certified, and I'm licensed to practice in Texas. I've spent over 17 years helping clients lose weight, manage chronic conditions, and build eating habits that actually last. But credentials alone don't tell you much about how I work. What matters is this: I treat every client like a whole person with a real life — not a set of numbers on a chart. Your job, your family, your schedule, your food preferences, your budget — all of that shapes the plan we build together. I don't hand you a generic meal plan and send you on your way.
