Description
I help with adjustment concerns, grief and loss, family issues, mood issues, and relationships. I use various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Incorporating Humanistic philosophies in my work, every person deserves love and respect and is an expert in their life. My purpose as a therapist is to support, suggest, and succor as needed. Openness, curiosity, and acceptance inform my multicultural approach.
