Description

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Alford focuses on preventive medicine to assist his patients in reaching their optimal level of health. He truly enjoys providing care to every member of the family, from young children to older adults. His areas of interest include office surgical procedures, prevention, and reversal of disease through lifestyle changes, and those times when he has a few moments to catch up on important things in his patients’ lives outside of their health care needs. Dr. Alford joined IHA after spending four years practicing medicine on active duty with the United States Army, including overseas combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
