Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream offers completely customizable creations and caters to a range of dietary needs. Sub Zero offers seven cream bases including original, premium custard, low-fat, yogurt, lactose free, vegan and a sugar-free option. After selecting a cream base guests can choose from over 40 different flavors and 40 mix ins to include a variety of fruit, candy, nuts or baked goods for limitless combinations. Sub Zero also offers shakes, smoothies, sundaes, pints, quarts and ice cream pies that are created using liquid nitrogen.
