ABOUT HEARTWOOD The Founder Howard Hansen is the owner and founder of Heartwood Trees. With more than 15 years experience as a certified arborist in Arizona (ISA #WE-11505A), Howard has a passion for tree care. He has a bachelor’s of science from Brigham Young University and continues his arboricultural education through studying current research. As a husband and father, Howard believes in putting people first. His family tree extends to his customers and employees, and he has built a culture of respect and fairness at Heartwood. Our high standards of customer care and quality service have allowed us to grow into a top-tier tree service in the Phoenix metro area.
