Hawai‘i Life Kona Town Market Building Our Kona Town office is located in the heart of the downtown area and services the entire Kona/Kohala Coast from Kohala Ranch, Mauna Lani Resort, Hualalai Resort, Kukio, Kohanaiki, Kailua-Kona, Holualoa to Keauhou. Our office incorporates a special division called Hawaii Life One. We are proud to announce that we are also a founding member of Forbes Global Properties. The Kona/Kohala Coast is almost always sunny with many white sand beaches perfect for sunbathing, pristine calm waters for swimming, lush green golf courses and world-famous Kona coffee.
