About Goldsboro Comprehensive Treatment Center in Goldsboro, NC Goldsboro Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults who are struggling with opioid addiction. Located in Goldsboro, North Carolina, our CTC serves adults age 18 and older of all genders. MAT is an evidence-based form of opioid addiction treatment that includes prescription medication and counseling. The National Institutes of Health and several other respected organizations recommend MAT as a safe and effective means of achieving recovery from opioid addiction. Decades ago, methadone clinics that offered MAT in the United States were limited to one form of medication.
