When working in a rewarding field that allows you to make positive changes in someone's life, we often put our own needs/ goals to the side. Coaching provides an outlet to express you needs, goals and hopes and take inspired action to achieve them... After working as a psychotherapist and healthcare administrator, I am all too familiar with the demands we, as healthcare providers face. I was lucky to have someone in my life to help me identify my goals, allowed me to vent and challenged me when I was complacent or frustrated. However, not everyone has this person. I created Curis Coaching to help those who are in the same space I was in many years ago.
