March 12, 2020 - - Due to COVID-19, we are restricting ALL VISITORS to Cortland Acres until further notice. Located in the heart of scenic Tucker County, West Virginia, Cortland Acres is a non-profit corporation offering state-of-the-art nursing care, skilled in and out-patient rehabilitation and a variety of independent living options on a spacious 35-acre campus.
