Steven Combest, CFP, is the founder of Combest Wealth Management. With a deep understanding gained from serving in the financial industry for over 17 years, Steven develops individually tailored financial strategies for clients using a planning-based approach. While studying electrical engineering at Southern Methodist University in Texas, Steven called to apply for a job and accidentally called Merrill Lynch, who was looking to hire an intern. That conversation led to a job offer, taking him onto a completely new path. While working at Merrill Lynch, Steven saw the powerful connection between working in finance and doing good for others.
