World of Learning Chelsea 1 is a childcare and early learning centre, providing quality long day care for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years in Chelsea, Bonbeach, Carrum, Chelsea Heights and Seaford. Our dedicated educators deliver evidence-based early learning complemented by the Early Years Learning Framework. Learning is tailored to each child’s strengths and needs through Individual Learning Plans.
