We at Café 15 make everything from scratch, down to the aioli in our crazy popular fried chicken sandwich. But what sets us apart from other caterers is that we cater to parties that want rich comfort food AND healthy vegetable forward options too. We do both AND we do them well. Our catering manager will also work with you to customize your meals so you or your guests are happy and satisfied. We also believe in the importance of earth-friendly, locally sourced food. So, we offer Mary's natural chicken, grass-fed beef, wild caught fish, cage free eggs, local Acme bread, organic greens, and whenever possible organic fruit and vegetables. We serve all of our food on reusable platters to stay eco-friendly.
