Caitlin has a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, integrating cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and person-centered care into her practice. As a Registered Art Therapist, she believes in gently exploring thought patterns while building tools to support emotional balance. She enjoys working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions and often incorporates mindfulness or art therapy when helpful. Caitlin is guided by each person’s unique goals and helps them build coping skills and confidence while creating a sense of ease and self-understanding.
