Description
I help with depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, academic issues, self-esteem, identity exploration, stress, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, patient-centered, strengths-based, and creative, considering each patient’s unique experiences, culture, and background. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and insight-driven communication to promote self-awareness, reflection, growth, and healing. I aim to meet patients where they are and strive to work together to develop tools and strategies that empower and create confidence and effectiveness.
