Dave Raymond is the founder and owner of Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering, named after the famous barbecue sauce that he created. Chicago is our home and our inspiration. We are a full service event catering company specializing in farm-to-table new American cuisine. All of our food is made from scratch using inspired recipes that feature local and organic ingredients.
