At Antelope Valley Care Center in Lancaster, CA we offer 24/7 skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. Our team of professionals are prepared to care for you after surgery, illness, or injury. Our rehabilitation program will provide you with physical, occupational, and speech therapy to get you back to your highest level of function. We are proud to provide skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, complex wound care, respite stays, and hospice services to our Los Angeles County residents. Visitors are welcome from 8 am to 8 pm.
