Description
Ambulatory Surgery Center of Opelousas is a Louisiana State licensed facility, staffed by board certified surgeons, anesthesiologists, and registered nurses certified in PALS, ACLS, and/or BLS. The facility opened in 2002 and is primarily physician owned. The owners desired a place where patients could go to receive safe efficient quality care that focuses on each patient's individual needs. It is our belief that in establishing Ambulatory Surgery Center as an outpatient setting, we accomplish this goal more effectively than larger facilities offering the same services, such as an inpatient or hospital setting.
